Innovators are all too familiar with a design trade-off.
That point you get to in a project where you can't get 100% of your design intent because you discover that it counteracts some other important element.
You have to pick and choose which element wins.
...No you don't!
What many of us don't realize is that often you can achieve 100% of your design intent AND satisfy the other element.
If you go the extra mile to do more exploration/research/thinking you can introduce a third design alternative that could be a win-win.
But you must be willing to put in the extra effort and get creative.
