One way to speed up your concept sketching team is to outline the concepts for them.
If you don't do it, they'll have to do it. This adds time and room for translation errors as they'll have to interpret and go back and forth with you to understand each concept.
Create an outline that lists each concept you need sketched up. Name each concept and give it a short description that explains the concept's big idea and big benefit.
