Hybrid Is Hard

Hybrid is hard.

When it comes to innovation brainstorms and ideation sessions, I’m seeing that combining virtual and in-person participants just doesn’t work.

100% virtual works great.

100% in-person works great.

Hybrid? Not so much.

😔 The Zoom heads in the corner of the room get forgotten about when the in-person group is bustling with activity.

😵‍💫 The in-person participants can’t mono-focus when the virtual room is doing deep work.
