As budgets shrink and resources thin, it's going to be tempting (or even necessary) to do less.
Just remember, "haste makes waste."
Do less of the nice-to-have work if you have to, but don't skim over the meaningful work.
Research, testing, iteration... these determine your product's value.
Rush over them and you'll probably end up with a product no one wants.
